Robert Mastrantonio

Robert Mastrantonio's more than 27 years of Insurance experience encompasses all areas of commercial and personal insurance. Mr. Mastrantonio started his career as an underwriter at Chubb Insurance Companies after he graduated from SUNY Stony Brook with a Bachelors degree in Mathematics. In 1991, Rob joined C.N.A. Insurance Company as an Insurance Underwriter.
In 1996, Rob launched RM Associates, Inc. as a start up Insurance Brokerage Agency that grew to handle more than $5,000,000 in premium volume. In 1999, he then joined forces with Frank Strcich and Glenn Glubiak to form Omni Risk Management, Inc.

Frank Strcich has over 22 years of insurance experience, incorporating all aspects of commercial and personal insurance, term and whole life, health, professional liability and employee benefits.
Mr. Strcich started his career with C.N.A. Insurance Company in 1990 where he was selected to be 1 of 15 nationwide candidates as an underwriting trainee. Frank completed a rigorous year-long program for all lines of Commercial Underwriting. He worked for C.N.A. Insurance for three years before entering the agency side of the Insurance Industry.
Since the start of Omni Risk Management in 1999, Omni has enjoyed rapid growth in both size and capabilities. Omni's revenues expanded and they have established themselves as a leader in the Metropolitan New York Insurance Community. Omni provides services to more than 3,000 clients, ranging from individuals to large corporations. This success and growth is attributable to the firm's fine staff and the company's reputation for integrity and superior customer service.

David A. Goldstein

David A. Goldstein, CPA, is Vice President of Omni Risk Management's Surety Division and President of Meridian Consulting Corporation. David personally produces and markets new Surety business opportunities and provides guidance and surety consulting services for all of his contractor clients.
Prior to joining Omni Risk Management in May 2010, David held the position of Vice President for a nationally recognized surety and insurance agency for over 15 years.
Listening to and understanding the varying needs of each client that David works with helps him to provide expert advice and suggestions on how contractors can secure bonding or increase their current bonding capacity. The success of so many of David's clients is attributed to the individualized attention and pinpoint direction that David offers.
David started his career in Public Accounting where he learned his Auditing skills and earned his CPA license. He then transitioned into private accounting and worked as the Assistant Controller for a leading New York City Real Estate Development and Management Firm.
A graduate of Brooklyn College in 1986, David earned his CPA license in 1989. He and his wife, have resided in Merrick, New York for over twenty years and have two children.

Glenn Glubiak

Mr. Glubiak started the Surety Department of Omni Risk Management in 1999 at the inception of the Agency. Mr. Glubiak oversees all aspects of Surety Operations including new business development, client services and surety company relations. He started his career as a Credit/Financial Analyst for Dunn & Bradstreet Corporation. In 1992, Glenn entered the Surety Industry as an underwriter for a New Jersey Regional Surety Company where he gained valuable experience assessing surety risk and acting as liaison between agents and brokers. In 1994, Glenn t joined a major Surety Brokerage Agency as both account manager and producer.
Since the start of Omni Risk Management in 1999, the Surety Department has experienced substantial growth and currently represents virtually every major Surety servicing the New York Metropolitan Area.

Joseph M. Schepis is the Manager of the Personal Lines Department at Omni Risk Management. Mr. Schepis has over 23 years of Insurance experience encompassing all areas of personal insurance, life insurance, health and employee benefits. He started his insurance career in 1990 as an underwriting trainee at an agency in the NY metro area. He experienced sales development and marketing skills through several different training programs.
Since joining Omni Risk Management Mr. Schepis has been responsible for new business development, client servicing and risk management.
Omni Risk Management's the Personal Lines Department has experienced substantial growth and represents several major insurance companies.

Paul Shepherd is President of Omni Benefits, Inc which operates as Omni Risk Managements' Life and Health Division. Paul personally produces, manages the department and handles the firms VIP clients.
Prior to joining Omni Risk, Paul held numerous positions with some of the regions largest brokers, banks and insurance companies including Northwestern Mutual, HSBC Bank, and the Cook Insurance Agency. Paul is licensed to advice and sell investments, life, health, personal and commercial insurance.
Paul was a Pre-law major at Lynchburg College and played 4 years of Varsity Lacrosse. Paul resides in East Quogue, NY with his wife Marina and has 4 children.
